It works to safeguard the rights and interests of victims of crimes of all degrees, based on understanding the needs of each client, seeking the penalty liability of infringers and the consequent compensation to which they are entitled, in order to minimize the feeling of helplessness with criminal justice.

In the representation of victims and their relatives, it acts in the elaboration of notitia criminis and criminal representations, in the follow-up or request of investigations before the Civil Police or Federal Police, in the filing of private criminal actions (criminal complaints), formulation of protective measures and other provisional remedies, acting together with the Public Prosecutor's Office, as an assistant to the prosecution.
